Luke Clark

Chief Executive Officer

Luke Clark is the Chief Executive Officer of Canon Business Services ANZ (CBS), and Canon Oceania Senior Leadership Team member. Before being named CEO, Luke held leadership roles at Canon Australia for over a decade with responsibilities that included the definition and delivery of Canon’s technology and business transformation.

Luke’s proven track record in leading complex change programs that require cross-business collaboration includes driving the transformation journey that successfully united Canon Oceania subsidiaries Harbour IT and Converga to form CBS.

Under Luke’s leadership, CBS is now firmly cemented as a market leader in digital transformation, managed services, business process optimisation, offshore solutions, cloud solutions, and managed end-user services. Having moulded the business with customers at its heart, Luke is focused on extending capability and taking new services to market that will help customers optimise their operations.

Luke also serves as a Director for Canon New Zealand and is the Chairperson presiding over CBS Service Centre (Philippines). He lives in South Sydney with his family of 6 (7 if you count Frankie, the world’s naughtiest bordoodle dog).

Stephanie Wang

General Manager, Commercial and Finance

Formerly working with Canon Australia's Business Information Solutions group, where she led its commercial and channel marketing teams and business transformation program, Steph joined us in June 2020. She’s responsible for strategically aligning CBS to Canon Group’s overarching objectives and works with our Commercial, Finance, and Information Security Governance teams.

Steph enjoys working with a dynamic team passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences and achieving our strategic and financial metrics. When she’s not working, she enjoys exploring new places and spending quality time with loved ones.

Neil Elson

Country Manager, Philippines

Having held a senior IT leadership position in Canon Oceania since 2015, Neil’s understanding of our internal and external landscape puts him in an excellent position to effectively deliver our services. As a senior IT leader, Neil has focused on leading organisational change, strategic development, optimising resources by introducing efficiencies and effective management teams, and improving employee engagement.

Brian Parkes

General Manager, Operations

As General Manager BPO Operations for the last decade, Brian brings 20 years of experience in national operations to CBS, with high-level expertise in project management with national acquisitions, implementing strategic change management, and organisational direction.
Brian's responsible for managing our BPO operations across Australia, New Zealand, Manila, and our technology centres. Off the clock, he’s represented Australia in Oztag’s World Cup series, including five tests against New Zealand.

Rajan Khetia

General Manager, Managed Services

Raj is responsible for CBS’ IT Managed Services operational delivery. With over 20 years of experience in IT Services leadership, he plays an essential part in delivering our Managed Services portfolio, including Infrastructure support, End-User support, and Cloud/Network services.
Raj is committed to improving staff engagement, customer satisfaction, and financial performance. When he isn't at his desk, you'll find him enjoying family time, running, or cooking up a storm.

Rochelle Uys

General Manager, Human Resources

Sydney-based Rochelle is responsible for leading and executing CBS’ people strategy across Australia, New Zealand and the Philippines and meeting Canon Group’s overarching objectives. It’s her job to put the right people, systems, and processes in place to support our workforce needs, growth strategy and, most importantly, make CBS a great place to work.
In addition to her CBS Leadership Team role, Rochelle leads our Learning and Development, Remuneration and Benefits, Recruitment, HR Operations, and Business Partners teams, supporting each business unit to achieve more.

Murray Jess

General Manager, Sales and Marketing

Murray Jess is an accomplished professional whose extensive background blends corporate, start-up, and consultancy, across ANZ, Europe, Asia and North America. Possessing an entrepreneurial spirit and a thirst for innovation and technology, Murray's career has been defined by his ability to create and lead effective teams, solve wicked problems, and develop and execute commercially sound business strategies.

As GM Sales and Marketing, Murray leads the team responsible for identifying and executing on opportunities that deliver value for our customers. For CBS, as a technology solutions partner, his team is playing a crucial role in helping customers tackle their transformation journey and position for growth.

Todd Elliott

General Manager, Solutions

Todd and the Satalyst team joined CBS in January 2022. A founding director of Satalyst, Todd’s vision is to help business leaders reimagine the role of technology as a business and innovation partner. Todd is a digital entrepreneur; he enjoys generating ideas and working with people with a growth mindset to leverage technology and innovative delivery methods to bring value early and transform business operations. Todd champions his team in keeping pace with rapid technology advancement and leads with the implementation of digital solutions with flexible architecture supported by modular cloud platforms, powered by data and secured by leading-edge cyber security.

Todd is a strategic business leader and led Satalyst through a period of transformative change to focus on Microsoft technologies to become one of the leading Microsoft Partners in Australia.

Todd’s background in engineering and software development enables him to immerse into a business problem and help the customer to envision the technical solution that will modernise and transform their operations.
