Get your applications to market faster.

Focus your internal developers on writing code—not on building and maintaining infrastructure. Our Platform as a Services (PaaS) for Australian organisations hosts your infrastructure in the Cloud, giving users easy access to a suite of development tools via the web so they can deploy new applications faster.

Automate back-end processes and get the necessary building blocks to respond to demand. Using PaaS in Cloud computing takes you to the next level with an all-inclusive platform that provides computing, memory, storage, database and other app development services when and where you need them.

Focus on what you do best, outsource the rest.

Our PaaS Australia services a virtual infrastructure that includes data centres, servers, storage, network equipment, software tools and an easy-to-navigate user interface. You’ll also get access to backup and disaster recovery, either self-managed or as part of a managed service. Access Cloud management tools, ServiceNow, and a full suite of Azure PaaS services, like SQL and Virtual Desktop.

You can choose to deploy PaaS in Private Cloud, Public Cloud or multi-Cloud mode to optimise scalability, efficiency, security and compliance. Focus on your core business without the burden of monitoring, maintaining and updating a development platform.

What is the difference between PaaS and SaaS?

SaaS stands for Software as a Service and refers to individual applications or utilities provided on a service (subscription) basis. The provider assumes responsibility for everything powering the SaaS tool. Common Cloud products such as Microsoft 365 are SaaS products.

PaaS extends this concept out to the development level: PaaS providers (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS Electric Beanstalk) handle everything necessary to provide a development platform as a service, from servers to virtualisation to even the runtime. Customers gain a platform where they can develop, test, and host applications without having to worry about internal computing or storage resources. In other words, PaaS platforms are one way businesses build SaaS products.

What is the difference between PaaS and IaaS?

Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) backs out one more level: the IaaS provider provides and maintains the physical infrastructure including virtualisation, but the client maintains control of O/S, middleware, runtime, and applications and data. Thus providing the entire network architecture as a cloud-hosted service.

PaaS providers offer everything developers need to develop; IaaS providers offer everything organisations need to operate in the Cloud but leave everything from the O/S level downward in the hands of the client company.
